Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Peru)
We ship throughout Peru with door-to-door delivery via Olva Courier. All orders are dispatched with freight prepaid from origin. The final shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected destination and package specifications.
Group Shipping Terms: If more than one space is reserved, all pieces belonging to both the primary account holder and their companions will be shipped together in a single package to the address provided at checkout.
Due to shipping logistics, if you would like your final piece to be delivered directly to your address rather than the primary buyer’s, we recommend purchasing your spots separately.
If you purchased more than one ticket, please remember to add the full names of all your guests in the cart before completing your payment. The final shipping fee fully covers all reserved spots.
Delivery Timeline: The complete handcrafted process (drying, two firings, glazing, packaging, and dispatch) takes 6 to 8 weeks (45 business days) for domestic shipping. As soon as your package enters the Olva Courier network, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Registration Details: Please ensure all personal information is entered accurately during registration to guarantee seamless package delivery.
Agency Pickup Policy: Packages dispatched to an Olva Courier branch will remain available for pickup for a maximum of 15 business days.
Tracking and collecting the package on time is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any inquiries, arrangements, or pickups through out and/or past this 15-day window must be coordinated directly with Olva Courier.
International Shipping
At The Sacred Ceramics, we accompany your pieces on every step of their journey. We offer worldwide international shipping via DHL Express to ensure each creation arrives with the care and reverence it deserves.

Freight Calculation: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout prior to completing your purchase. This amount varies based on the destination country and the number of reservations booked (as the number of participants/pieces increases, packaging volume and freight costs scale proportionally).
Upfront Payment: For international dispatches, transit costs are paid in full at checkout prior to shipping.
Customs and Taxes: Shipping fees cover transit costs exclusively. Each country maintains independent customs regulations; therefore, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes incurred upon arrival remain separate from The Sacred Ceramics and must be assumed directly by the recipient.
Any inquiries, management, or follow-ups once the package has been dispatched to its destination must be coordinated directly with DHL Express.
