Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our ceremonies and the limited number of spaces available, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a full 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued, or participants will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

RESCHEDULING

Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date and are valid exclusively within the same calendar month as the original booking. Likewise, only one (01) rescheduling is permitted per person and/or group of people.

Availability: All rescheduling is strictly subject to studio schedule and slot availability.

Late Requests: Requests made outside the specified timeframe or no-shows will forfeit the option to reschedule, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURNS

As a small artisan ceramics studio with limited quantities and constantly changing collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products. All sales of finished pieces are final. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or broken pieces during transit.
